Where Advocacy Meets Business

Allison focuses her practice on commercial arbitration and litigation matters.

Experience

Allison represents clients in complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy matters. She originally joined Chaffetz Lindsey as a Summer Associate and continued to work at the firm as a Law Clerk while she completed her final year of law school. During that time, Allison assisted with prehearing motions and pretrial briefs for several matters, particularly in the clean energy industry, on which she remained heavily involved after her transition to Associate.

Allison graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and the recipient of the David Dawes Nee II Memorial Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy.

Before embarking on her legal career, Allison worked as a dancer and actor, performing in productions such as the national tour of Something Rotten!, where she performed across the United States and South Korea.
