Anibal Sabater to Join MIAS and Friends LATAM Tour 2024

May 2024—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Anibal Sabater will join the Miami Arbitration Society (MIAS) and Friends Second Annual LATAM Tour: Recent Trends and Developments in Commercial Arbitration in Mexico, Central America, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Brazil, Guatemala, and Chile taking place on Wednesday, May 22^nd.

MIAS and Friends LATAM Tour provides an update from leading practitioners in the region on the current state of arbitration. It will be a brief but substantive informational session covering legislative and judiciary developments, state disputes; changes in local regulations and institutional rules; enforcement and current trends. Among the group, Anibal will share “A New York Perspective: How commercial arbitration in LATAM appears from an external vantage point.”
