Chambers 2024 Showcases Depth and Breadth of Chaffetz Lindsey’s International Arbitration and Enforcement Team

Where Advocacy Meets Business

June 2024—The recently released 2024 Chambers USA Guide has highlighted the long-standing success of Chaffetz Lindsey’s International Arbitration and Enforcement team.

In addition to Andy Frischknecht, Yasmine Lahlou has now earned Band 1 recognition in the highly regarded International Arbitration: Enforcement rankings. Andy and Yasmine lead a majority of the firm’s major award and enforcement engagements. This marks the third year the firm overall has been recognized for its specialized practice in arbitration enforcement. Chaffetz Lindsey is one of only two firms that have more than one lawyer recognized in Enforcement.

The firm’s international arbitration team also continues to be ranked in “International Arbitration: The Elite,” as one of the top eight arbitration practices nationwide—and the only New York-based boutique. For the first time, partner Gretta Walters is ranked Band 6 for her international arbitration expertise. The depth of the team is also shown by the fact that Chaffetz Lindsey is one of only two Elite International Arbitration practices to have 6 or more of its partners ranked.

A source close to the firm noted, [Chaffetz Lindsey is] “a top-notch arbitration boutique, comparable only to the largest international practices.” Another commented that the firm has a “very strong team that knows perfectly well how to navigate a complex matter.”
