James Hosking Joins Panel Discussing “Impossibility” at XVIII International Arbitration Conference in Rio De Janeiro

May 2024—Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking will speak at the upcoming XVIII International Arbitration Conference in Rio De Janeiro on Tuesday, May 14^th.  The conference is focused on “Impossibility in International Arbitration.”

James will join Marie-Isabelle Delleur (Clifford Chance), Andrea Carlevaris (BonelliErede) and Leonardo De Campos Melo (LDCM) for the panel “Court Intervention in Situations Where the Arbitral Tribunal Cannot Exert Its Own Jurisdiction”, and will focus on court intervention in gathering evidence. Andre Marini (Gaillard, Banifatemi & Shelbaya Disputes) will moderate the discussion.
